Why oh why would you schedule your matting and framing workshop on my wife’s birthday??? I’m hoping this will be the year I attend a workshop, but if I go to this one, I won’t have a home to go back to :-). On another note, I love the concept of a personal gallery. I’m using a wall to ‘store’ framed inventory. Initially I just put them up without regard for theme, but I’m starting to see them as an opportunity to really see how different groupings work together, so it becomes an extension of the creative process.
Please accept my apologies. Of course I should have consulted you regarding your wife’s birthday. Send me a list of all family birthdays, holidays you observe, and all national observances, such as National Yoghurt Week. I’m sure we’ll figure something out! Kidding aside, glad to see that the post triggered more of your creative approach to your art.
I’ll bring the full list with me when I come to the workshop in July :-). Turns out my wife jumped at the opportunity to schedule a quilting workshop the same weekend. Really looking forward to this, and the fact that future workshops will be scheduled to align with my holiday, including the all important Towel Day. And I didn’t even know about Yoghurt week!
When you refer to using Lightroom, is Lightroom Classic acceptable? For years I assumed it was the preferred method and I have been using it exclusively. I'm especially concerned if I come to a workshop. Thanks!
Yes, I actually should have said Lightroom Classic as that is our norm. Maybe I can remember if I EVER refer to Lightroom NOT Classic I'll call it Lightroom Crappy or "Lightroom Can't Do Anything I Want To Do" ;-) If you print or manage files locally, etc Lightroom is unworkable for many workflows.
